Indian head massage helps to relax the mind and body.
It can help to release tension from the head and face. Techniques used help to relax pressure points to the face and the aid. Massage is used to aid circulation and further massage is given to the face, shoulders, neck, arms and hands to help release tension being held in these areas.
Indian head massage is normally a thirty minute treatment, but it also works well with a back massage, facial or Reflexology.
A calming treatment which can aid headaches, migraines, hair growth and relax the body.
