During your treatment your therapist will work using energy zones and covering reflex points which relate to different areas of the body. This helps to balance the body, reducing stress.
Reflexology is a beautifully relaxing treatment which has so many benefits to the body physically and emotionally. If you are feeling tired, stressed and overwhelemed give reflexology a go.
