Face Fitness In The Garden

A beautiful evening called for Face Fitness in the garden. 

 

Seven ladies enjoyed some well deserved relaxation. We pampered our skin with the nourishing Tropic Products and then released tension and stress from our face and body using the calming, relaxation techniques. 

 

We checked in with our body with a gentle mediation with the sound of the waves playing in the background. We laughed when we did some of the techniques due to the faces we were pulling to help tighten and brighten our faces. 

 

Everyone looked completely chilled with beautifully glowing skin. 

 

I left them chatting and enjoying food in the garden! What a perfect way to end a busy day.
