Holistic therapist's look at a person's whole body, including their lifestyle, mind, spirit and emotions.
We believe that when one of these parts are out of balance this can affect the whole body and have a negative impact on our overall health and well-being.
For example if you were suffering with a headache we would look at your diet, sleep patterns, stress levels and work out a treatment plan that will help to resolve the cause naturally and bring your body back to balance.
