Stress mangement workshops  
1 to 1 - 20 minute treatments, Reflexology hand massage, Indian head massage, Facials 
1 to 1 sessions to help employee manage specfic needs, such as headaches, menopause, stress / anaxiety, tension. Within these sessions various massage, accupressure, seated stretching and other techniques will be demonstated and small life style changes suggested. 
These options are ideal for a busy workplace environment where employees can take time to focus on themselves. feel supported, relaxed and destressed so they can return to their desk ready to take on the day’s tasks with renewed energy.
