Hi, I am Emma!
I became interested in being a therapist after struggling with stress, anxiety and sleep due to the busy lifestyle I was living.
I found Massage and Reflexology helped me to escape everything and gave me a place to just focus on me. I always came out of the treatment room feeling like a weight had been lifted.

During this time I became interested in learning more about holistic therapies, the benefits they have on the body and mind. I wanted to encourage and help other women to focus on their health and well being so they can feel just like I did every time I left the treatment room.
I set up my practice from my home in Stroud to offer women a safe place to forget about their troubles, relax, unwind whilst experiencing the amazing benefit's of reflexology, massage, facials and aromatherapy.
I have also worked in various prestigious spas and clinics.
Now, with over 10 years of experience in the Holistic industry, my passion is helping women boost their confidence, health and wellbeing at every stage of their life, especially during the perimenopause/menopause.
