Aromatherapy is perfect for helping stress. 
For instant relief I recommend inhallation. Place 1 drop of your chosen essential oil on to a tissue and breath in through the nose and out through the nose. Do this 3 times. 
Here are 3 essential oils which are perfect to help relax you and give you a sence of calm in times of stress 
Lavender - Good alll round oil, perfect for relaxation 
Mandarin - A soothing. relaxing, happy oil helps to ease nervous exhaustion and anxiety. Can be used by children, ederly and during pregnancy. 
Grapefruit - Grapefruit is a refreshing, uplifting oil good for relieving stressed minds. It's also perfect for this time of the year as it helps to prevent colds and flu.
