The answer is YES it is ok to sleep during a treatment. 
I often get asked the question has anyone fallen asleep during a treatment. The answer is yes all the time. 
Never feel embarrassed as falling asleep is actually a compliment to a holistic therapist as it means we are doing our job correctly. 
Sleeping during a treatment helps to further ease tension in the body, relaxes your mind and helps the nervous system to switch to a healing state. 
It's said that an hour of sleep on a treatment couch is the same as 7 to 8 hours. 
So take full advantage!
