Your basket is empty
In our busy lives we sometimes forget to take time for our selves. 10 minutes out of the day to do something for you can be all you need to reset yourself physically and mentally. 
 
Press pause today and some thing you enjoy, read a book, have a bath, go for a walk, listen to music or simply just sit and enjoy the peace. Allow your self to know its okay to take time out and do not feel guilty.  
 
Top tip:- note how you feel before and after you take time out. This will remind you to keep this practice going as you will start to recognize how it is benefiting you.
