Just like our body our face needs exercise to help, lift, firm, tone the 57 muscles.
Exercising our face helps to reduce fine lines and wrinkles, reduce dark circles, puffiness and improve circulation, blood flow and oxygen to help our skin to look healthier and radiant.
Face fitness also help the whole body to relax, destress and feel better about yourself from within and boosting your health and wellbeing.
In a face fitness class, you will learn a combination of facial massage, acupressure, face yoga, Gua Sha, relaxation, meditation, and simple lifestyle changes.
Just 2 Minutes using the face fitness techniques a day will help you feel calmer, energised, and transform your face’s appearance.
There will be six 30 to 45 minute sessions via zoom, which will run over six weeks and each week we will focus on a different area of your face.
You will also be given a mini video each day to help you over the six weeks whilst you are at home to make sure that you can bring these easy techniques in to your day.
A special facial treatment package, natural organic and vegan skincare and tools can also be purchased.
